Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Bill 2013
Stage:

Proposer:
Lord MacKay of Clashfern

Bad
Synopsis:
Provides that marriages between same sex couples should be separately marked as such.
This is Number 2 in the Marshalled List of Amendments for discussion on 17th June,/a>.
Commentary:
Another attempt to set same sex marriages apart from marriage which goes against the single, very narrow, principal of this Bill.

couples)””
Bill Text:
1 (1) Marriage of same sex couples is lawful and shall be referred to as “marriage (same sex couples)”.
